I am learning to count on from the largest number.

I like playing this game on the laptop. It is easy because I can move the counters and they help me count.

Retelling the main events

The Butterfly reading group are learning to retell the main events of the story.

Sometimes it is hard to retell what happened in the story. I can use my book to help me remember.

Youthtown

Room 11 has been going to Youthtown this term. We have been learning how to throw a ball at a target. We learned that you need to have your one arm in an L shape ready to throw the ball. The other arm needs to be pointing at the target. Then we have to do a power throw and try to hit the target. Sometimes we hit the cones and sometimes the ball goes in a different direction.
